Shipping Policy
Yeossal ships from Singapore. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.
Order Processing
For in-stock items, orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For custom-made items, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. These items are made specifically for you and will be shipped only after production and quality control are completed.
Estimated production lead times are stated on the relevant product page or communicated during the order process. Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, production capacity, fittings, alterations, and quality control requirements.
Custom-Made Items
Custom-made items include, but are not limited to, custom tailoring, made-to-order shoes, altered items, personalised specifications, and any product made or finished according to the customer’s measurements or selected specifications.
Custom-made items are not immediately available for dispatch. The production lead time is separate from the shipping time.
Once your custom-made item is completed and ready for dispatch or collection, we will notify you accordingly.
Local Singapore Orders
Customers in Singapore may choose local delivery or collection from Yeossal, where available.
For custom tailoring and certain custom-made items, in-person collection may be recommended or required so that fit, finishing, or final adjustments can be reviewed properly.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout, where applicable.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination country.
For shipments to the United States, Yeossal currently ships on a delivered duties paid basis. This means that the shipping charges shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable duties, taxes, and import-related fees for delivery to the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For shipments to other international destinations, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Yeossal is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local import procedures, or non-payment of duties and taxes where these charges are payable by the customer.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains both in-stock and custom-made items, we may ship the items together once the full order is ready, or separately depending on availability, order type, and operational suitability.
If you require a specific shipping arrangement, please contact us as early as possible after placing your order.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are accurate when placing your order.
Yeossal is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, return shipping costs, or additional courier charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery, Unclaimed Parcels, and Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to Yeossal due to failed delivery, an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, non-payment of import charges, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, re-delivery charges, duties, taxes, or related fees.
For custom-made items, returned or unclaimed parcels do not cancel the order and do not make the item eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Delays
While we take care to fulfil orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to production issues, quality control, supplier delays, courier disruptions, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
For custom-made items, Yeossal may delay dispatch if additional quality control, remake, alteration, or finishing work is required to ensure the item meets our standards.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Store Collection
Where store collection is available, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
For custom-made commissions, we may recommend that you try on or inspect the item during collection, especially for tailoring and footwear orders.
