An intimate get to know walkthrough with our new Y by Yeossal private label

We’ve really tried to outdo ourselves on this one. When we mean outdo, we have really gone all out on this project of ours, from conceptualization, to the sourcing of leathers, samples, last design, to the delivery of the final product, we have taken the utmost effort to make sure this is the best possible product at the best possible price. Below is a brief outline of the details that goes into every pair of our new line. Lets get up close and personal.

Construction

The foundation of every good shoe lies in the way it is crafted. Every single pair of our private label shoe is hand lasted, hand-welted, with a hand stitched outsole for the waist. We want to ensure that each pair is made to last and each pair features almost the same amount and level of handwork as one would put into a bespoke piece.

Materials

Only the finest leathers and materials are used in making our shoes. For our debut collection, the uppers are top grade leathers from Conceria Ilcea, Weinhemer, and Annonay.
The outsoles are vegetable tanned and are supplied from a tannery with decades of experience producing them.

Last Shapes

For our debut collection, we feature three different lasts

Last name YRB (Round toe last): Double monk and Drop-peaked balmoral cap toe
Last name YC8 (Chiseled toe last): Short Wing Adelaide
Last name YSQ (Soft square): Balmoral quarter brogue and Balmoral cap toe
Yes, we know, and we’ve had many questions regarding last sizing and fit. We will be revealing more information during our launch and until then, we ask that all of you keep watch.

Finishing

Each pair is finished to the highest standards. The shoes come with a bevelled and fiddleback waist.

Unlike many outfits that utilise a pre-stacked heel block, each shoe comes with a Cuban heel and a hand-stacked heel for each piece.

Together with the shoes, all of them come with a gorgeous complimentary lasted shoe tree that will save you from all your worries of getting a tree that fits.

Conclusion

Along with the description, we hope the pictures can give an accurate idea of what we will be putting up for sale this Saturday.
Oh wait, before we forget, each pair retails for S$798. You heard it right. S$798. Like we said, we hope to blow you away with this one, and we hope we sure did.
