Can I still shop?
We are still accepting and processing orders through our online store which remains open to serve you. Our retail store is temporarily closed until further notice.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We will ship your orders as soon as we can for all in-stock items. For Made to Order products, it may take longer to ship due to unavoidable delays.
Why is there is a delay for some Made to Order products?
Many of our clothing products are proudly made in Singapore, using top quality materials sourced around the globe. Due to the implementation of elevated safe distancing measures by Singapore Government, all non-essential workplaces, including our manufacturing facilities, are closed at the present moment. We are monitoring the situation very closely and will resume manufacturing activities as soon as we are able to. For other Made to Order products manufactured outside of Singapore such as shoes, while products are still being produced, we won't be expecting to receive them within our usual delivery timeframes because of constraints experienced with international transportation and/or local restrictions. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Can I change my mind?
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before your order is shipped (for in-stock items) or before 1st June 2020 (for made to order items). We’ll issue a refund to the payment method that you have used for the purchase.
Is it safe to shop?
The safety and health of the wider community and our colleagues has always been our first priority. Since the implementation of the safe distancing measures, we have been working hard to enhance safety and health practices at our premise in line with Government's advisories. These include significantly reducing manpower to an absolute minimum to support only online order fulfillment/delivery activities, maximizing social distancing, temperature control checks, and wearing masks. These practices are constantly being reviewed and enhanced where necessary to prioritise the health of our colleagues and our customers.
Can I return my order?
For the time being, we've extended the return period to 60 days from date of delivery. The rest of our Returns policy will still apply. Contact our customer care team for the returns instructions if you wish to initiate an order return. Please do not send your return to our store location during this period of time without contacting us first. This is to prevent missed packages as we are only operating at our store on a significantly reduced basis to comply with local regulations and keeping to the spirit of social distancing.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and also payment through paypal as well.
Most of our ready to wear items such as Polos goes from size S to XXL. You may contact our customer service team for bigger sizes.
For pants or troussers, we are currently doing RTW for our Gurkha Trousers.

During exceptional times like this, there are delays to all MTO orders due to Singapore government new policy to tackle the covid-19 situation in Singapore.
All MTO orders will have an additional 4 more weeks of lead time in additional to our usual 4 weeks. Therefore, most orders received from April onwards will only be mailed out from 3rd to 4th week of June.
